What materials are used? +-
we only use 100% organic or recycled cotton, GOTS certified. All other materials are recycled.
what are the certififactions +-
Our raw materials are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. An independent label that guarantees that our fabrics are organic. It also guarantees that they have been made by respecting workers' conditions and the environment.
where are bonjour maurice clothes made? +-
Our clothes are designed in Belgium and made in Europe (Portugal or Turkey). In family production workshops, respecting ethical and social standards: well-paid workers, supervised working hours, with an access to a social protection.
is there a recycling process? +-
We have set up a clothing recycling programme. Go to the second hand page for further informations.

What about bonjour maurice clothes too small? +-
Fill in the return form, send (or drop off) your parcel at the shop: 22 Place du Châtelain - 1050 Brussels, Belgium. As soon as we receive your parcel, you will receive your 20% voucher by mail (valid for 1 year).
do you accept clothes of other brands? +-
We only accept clothes from the Bonjour Maurice brand.
My Bonjour Maurice clothes are really worn out, can I still send them back? +-
You can return your Bonjour Maurice clothes in any condition. If we cannot add them to our second-hand circuit, we will recycle them.
Can i buy second hand clothes? +-
Yes! We organise flash sales of second hand items every last weekend of the month, for 48 hours only!

what are the delivery times? +-
Your packages are shipped every Tuesday and Friday. For Belgium: they are delivered within 2 working days. In France, they are delivered within 7 working days.
how do i track my order? +-
Please follow the link you received in your order confirmation email (check your spam if you didn't receive it). You can also track your order via your "my account" area.
I have not received my order. What should I do? +-

return & refund

The items are not suitable. What should I do? +-
It is possible to exchange or get a refund part or all of your order. Follow the instructions on the RETURN VOUCHER attached to your order. Can't find a "return form"? Download it here
are returns free of charge? +-
In Belgium, the first return is free of charge (you receive your return label with your order). In France, the return costs are at your expense. As the delivery of parcels has a high carbon footprint, we aim to limit as much as possible the traffic linked to the transport of our products. An item in my order is defective. What can I do about it? +-
In case of problems with your order, please send us back the item, with the return form attached to your order. Can't find a "return form"? Download it here. In Belgium, use the return label attached to your order. In France, we will pay you the shipping costs back (keep the payment receipt).
